TL;DR

Sales Development Representative: Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation by crafting strategic outbound outreach to senior talent and HR leaders with an accent on refining outbound playbooks and engaging prospects closely with AE, Product, and Marketing teams. Focus on driving significant revenue growth for a fast-growing AI SaaS company.

Location: Must be located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco

Compensation: $100,000–$130,000

What you will do

  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation.
  • Craft strategic outbound outreach to Heads of Talent, VP People, and recruiting agency owners.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives, Product, and Marketing to engage prospects.
  • Help refine the outbound playbook.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience (SaaS or startup a plus).
  • Strong communicator: clear, concise, and persuasive.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led GTM environment.
  • Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (Apollo, Clay).
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
  • In-office 5 days a week required.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to TA / HR personas.
  • Experience at an early-stage startup or GTM team <5.
  • Comfortable navigating Product-Led Growth environments.
