TL;DR

Location: In-office in Palo Alto / San Francisco, CA

Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 base + bonus

hirify.global is building a universal AI-powered banking assistant that uses its proprietary BankGPT platform to drive financial well-being for millions of U.S. consumers by displacing legacy systems in financial institutions.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for VP-level, C-level, and senior leadership roles across functions.
  • Partner directly with the CEO on role definition, search strategy, and hiring decisions.
  • Build high-quality executive pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
  • Conduct high-signal executive screens focused on functional depth and leadership behaviors.
  • Design and run structured interview loops to enable rigorous hiring decisions.
  • Manage the full candidate journey, including outreach, scheduling, and closing strategy.

Requirements

  • 6–12+ years of recruiting experience, with a meaningful focus on executive / leadership hiring (VP–C-suite).
  • Strong track record in B2B SaaS (enterprise motion preferred).
  • Startup or scale-up experience (ideally Series B–D).
  • Exceptional sourcing ability and executive presence to engage senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to partner closely with a CEO and senior stakeholders with high judgment and ownership.
  • Willingness to be on-site in Palo Alto / San Francisco and act as a culture carrier.

  • Experience hiring Finance and GTM leaders.
