Salary: $180,000–$300,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions for an accounting platform.
• Automate financial workflows with machine learning and intelligent features.
• Build practical, customer-facing AI applications that solve business problems.
• Prototype, deploy, and monitor machine learning models in production.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience deploying machine learning models into production environments.
• Familiarity with large language models such as OpenAI and Hugging Face, including fine-tuning for real-world use cases.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.
• Autonomous, end-to-end ownership from model prototyping through production monitoring.
