What you will do

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions that supercharge an accounting platform.
• Automate financial workflows and build intelligent features providing real-time insights.
• Deploy and monitor ML models in production environments.
• Take end-to-end ownership from prototyping models to their production deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and design teams.

Requirements

• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Proven experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, and proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models into production environments.
• Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) and fine-tuning for real-world use cases.
• Comfortable experimenting, iterating, and shipping fast in an agile, lean team.
• Passion for applying AI to solve real business problems and build practical, customer-facing applications.
