What you will do

• Manage email communications (asset creation, campaign setup in Eloqua) to drive web traffic and registrations.
• Set up segments using filter conditions in Eloqua and other marketing automation platforms.
• Maintain the communications calendar and collaborate with global stakeholders.
• Assist with email KPI analysis and performance benchmarking.
• Identify and execute A/B tests and create dashboards using Excel, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
• Run rendering tests and recommend program optimizations based on analytical findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in arts or sciences.
• Proficient in Excel, with experience in formulas, formatting, and data visualization.
• Experience with Eloqua or similar marketing automation tools.
• Experience working with global stakeholders.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, self-driven, and able to manage tasks end-to-end.

Nice to have

• HTML skills.
• Experience using Motiva AI or other AI-driven marketing tools.
