What you will do

• Design end-to-end content experiences, from information architecture and user flows to clear, contextual copy.
• Lead content system evolution by creating scalable patterns, content principles, and design system components.
• Own the complete project lifecycle, from user and semantic research through localization and technical implementation.
• Spot content opportunities that influence the product roadmap and business outcomes.
• Collaborate as a strategic partner in cross-functional teams, helping to shape design and product vision.
• Champion content design practices by mentoring peers and advocating for user-centered content decisions.

Requirements

• Solid linguistic and UX design skills to guide design teams in strategic content decisions.
• English: C1 fluent proficiency required.
• Strategic mindset and system thinking, with interest in scalable content frameworks and design systems principles.
• Experience collaborating effectively with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Developers in fast-paced environments.
• Focus on business impact, understanding how content drives conversions, user engagement, and business goals.

Nice to have

• Ability to speak French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, or Flemish.
• Design/Content systems experience.
