TL;DR
Content Creator (SEO & Social): Own the full content lifecycle from idea to production to performance for Freecash brand with an accent on SEO-driven content (60–70%) and social/video content (30–40%). Focus on appearing on camera for high-converting videos, building scalable content systems, and optimizing performance across channels.
Location: On-site in Berlin

What you will do
- Appear on camera across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to represent Freecash through engaging video content and voiceovers
- Write and publish high-quality SEO-driven blog content structured for search intent, ranking, and conversion
- Produce short-form videos, clips, and platform-native content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and other channels
- Build repeatable workflows for repurposing and scaling content using AI tools and automation
- Track performance across SEO and social channels, interpret insights, and refine topics, formats, and hooks
Requirements
- 2–3 years in content creation, SEO, or digital marketing; background in B2C/digital products or growth/user acquisition a strong plus
- Confident on camera with experience in video scripting, recording, and voiceovers
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, SEO expertise (search intent, structure, ranking for traffic/conversion)
- Systems thinking to build scalable content workflows; analytical mindset with AI tools experience
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics (TikTok, Instagram)
