What you will do

• Lead and co-ordinate business change and portfolio delivery.
• Lead and co-ordinate infrastructure change and portfolio delivery that impacts Markets.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets and resource plans.
• Coordinate teams within Infrastructure Engineering and wider group functions to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage and escalate risks and issues, providing frequent status reports for leadership teams.
• Drive enhancements and continuous improvement in project management processes and best practices.

Requirements

• A strong background in infrastructure project delivery.
• Experience of applying Project Management methodologies and tooling.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to solving complex challenges.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree (or equivalent) and/or relevant professional qualification.
• Proven experience of leading infrastructure delivery and change, working within the ITIL framework.

Nice to have

• Project Management accreditation (PMP/PRINCE2) or working towards it.
• Other tooling experience such as JIRA and Confluence.
