What you will do

• Define program/project roadmaps, milestones, and governance models, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Lead large-scale technical, application, data, and infrastructure migration projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Oversee Agile release and sprint governance, including SAFe ceremonies, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Manage budgets, cloud spend tracking, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance, security, audit readiness, and adoption of change management practices.
• Track project team performance, deliverable quality, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead projects in large-scale, complex IT environments.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, and SAFe methodologies.
• Familiarity with recognized project management practices, including work breakdown structures and risk/issue management.
• Strong exposure to cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud migration knowledge.
• Excellent command of English (C1+).

Nice to have

• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end project management leadership.
• Experience managing budgets from $5M–$20M, including FinOps and cost optimization.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and IaC (Terraform/ARM/CFN) at a governance level.
• Awareness of risk, compliance, and security standards such as GDPR.
• Experience interacting with executive stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CISO).
