What you will do

• Lead project estimation and planning for creative, graphic design, and web development projects (WordPress, WebFlow).
• Monitor project progress, track team effort, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketing specialists.
• Lead and motivate the project team, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and fostering a positive work environment.
• Identify potential project risks, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and recommend optimal product solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies and tools.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing stakeholders and aligning team capabilities with client needs.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of delivering projects aligned with business objectives.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of design workflows and tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience communicating effectively with design teams.
