What you will do
- Manage large enterprise customer accounts to drive value, retention, adoption, growth, and advocacy.
- Build a comprehensive understanding of customers' business goals and craft strategic success plans.
- Establish and grow a trusted advisor relationship with customer sponsors, aligning activities with business cases.
- Track, report, and benchmark adoption activities and overall success of customer initiatives.
- Promote current products, identify opportunities for additional features, products, and services.
- Work closely with sales and extended account teams to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and develop strategic plans.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience as a Technical CSM, Technical Account Manager or Success Architect in Enterprise Software space.
- Deep knowledge of cloud software solutions, master data management, data governance, data quality, and analytics concepts.
- Ability to apply industry knowledge to understand customer decision-making processes, goals, and strategies.
- Proven ability to build consultative effectiveness and establish trust with internal and external customers.
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, commanding credibility with senior executives.
- Previous experience in data management consulting or solutioning and software architecture understanding.
