• Upgrade C&B strategy (including equity) by benchmarking with best-in-class Tech companies.
• Update and maintain compensation ranges.
• Manage equity attributions.
• Ensure Benefits’ competitiveness and handle relationships with providers.
• Deploy and manage annual increase processes worldwide in the hirify.global Application.
• Automate and optimize C&B processes, campaigns & workflows.

Requirements

• Significant experience (8+ years) in Compensation & Benefits.
• In-depth knowledge of C&B practices, notably of the North American market.
• Experience in a fast-growing and international environment.
• Structured and thorough with strong attention to details and data accuracy.
• Ability to communicate efficiently and make complicated concepts seem simple.
