What you will do
- Own interview scheduling across multiple time zones for various technical, corporate, and go-to-market roles.
- Coordinate interviews with senior leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional panels, confidently navigating changes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional, responsive, and inclusive experience.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to resolve scheduling bottlenecks and align interviewers.
- Maintain accurate, high-quality candidate data in Ashby and Workday for reporting and compliance.
- Leverage technology and automation to improve scheduling workflows and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating interviews or supporting recruiting, HR, or People Operations teams.
- Comfortable scheduling across multiple time zones and managing complex calendars.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities shift rapidly.
- Proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure when plans change.
- Communicates clearly, professionally, and empathetically with stakeholders and candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and takes pride in operational excellence.
- English: B2 required
- Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom
