Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Crypto): Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring a world-class candidate experience from first touchpoint to onboarding with an accent on establishing trusted partnerships with hiring managers. Focus on maintaining accurate data in the ATS, supporting onboarding, and building talent pipelines through industry engagement.
Location: Hybrid in Buenos Aires, Argentina (mandatory 4 days per week in-office)

What you will do
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience from first touchpoint to onboarding.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling, interviewing support, and feedback.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
- Establish yourself as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for hiring managers.
- Create clear, compelling job descriptions that effectively market career opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry associations, universities, meetups, and relevant events to strengthen talent pipelines.
- Maintain accurate data and workflows in the ATS (Greenhouse) and related tools.
Requirements

- Previous experience in a similar Talent Acquisition / Recruiting / HR coordination role.
- Hands-on experience working with an ATS (ideally Greenhouse).
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken); ability to communicate confidently with global stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of prioritization, motivation, and follow-through.
- Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency, flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving business.
