What you will do

• Ensure a world-class candidate experience from first touchpoint to onboarding.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling, interviewing support, and feedback.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
• Establish yourself as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for hiring managers.
• Create clear, compelling job descriptions that effectively market career opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry associations, universities, meetups, and relevant events to strengthen talent pipelines.
• Maintain accurate data and workflows in the ATS (Greenhouse) and related tools.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar Talent Acquisition / Recruiting / HR coordination role.
• Hands-on experience working with an ATS (ideally Greenhouse).
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken); ability to communicate confidently with global stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of prioritization, motivation, and follow-through.
• Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency, flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving business.
