Location: Limassol, Cyprus. Must be in the office at least four days a week.

What you will do

• Full-cycle recruitment for product management and go-to-market roles across all locations (UK, EMEA, US).
• Work with a high level of autonomy.
• Help hirify.global shape a more transparent and efficient recruitment process.
• Participate in marketing and PR activities aimed at improving the HR brand.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in a challenging environment: scale-up, large tech, consulting, VC/PE, or a well-known recruitment agency.
• Cross-border and cross-cultural experience is highly appreciated.
• Great communication skills and a client-centered approach.
• Self-discipline and ability to work autonomously.
• Fluent English
