Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid (NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle) with travel 2-3 times per year.

Salary: $95,000–$111,000 USD Annually (Remote) or $114,000-$133,000 USD Annually (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain automated workflows for insurance applications and rosters, potentially collaborating with the Engineering team.
  • Design and execute complex analyses to support decision-making within Insurance Operations and across departments.
  • Own and monitor metrics tracking the health of Insurance Operations, identifying and solving problems.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth, Customer Support, and Technology teams to ensure stellar operational performance.

Requirements

  • Ability to identify business challenges based on metrics and analyses, and recommend process improvements.
  • Strong command of spreadsheets, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
  • Intermediate experience with SQL, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Mission-driven, agile, and a collaborative team player.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with HubSpot, Workato, or other automation tools.
