What you will do

• Solve problems with structured/unstructured quantitative data and derive actionable insights for improving Sales Support performance.
• Develop reporting to assess Sales Support resource teams’ performance against key objectives.
• Deliver comprehensive analytics (reports, analytics, and presentations) to diagnose issues, identify risks, and shape decision-making.
• Partner with key hirify.global business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices for data validation, documentation, and governance.
• Identify opportunities for process, data, and reporting improvements.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, preferably working in business analytics and/or sales operations.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and databases.
• Strong understanding of PowerBI and its capabilities.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks across different projects at once.
• Experience working with senior and executive leadership.
