What you will do

• Develop requirements for new online safety features focused on harm prevention and player guidance
• Collaborate with PlayStation product teams to integrate safety initiatives across all experiences
• Work with design and engineering teams to create compelling, feasible safety solutions
• Partner with Legal to navigate safety regulations and define product approaches
• Prioritize features based on strategy and global business goals and maintain product roadmaps
• Analyze customer feedback and data to inform future product requirements and competitive landscape

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work from the United States (San Mateo or San Diego, CA)
• 3+ years product management experience, preferably in online safety or large-scale platform solutions
• Strong communication and analytical skills with data-driven decision making
• BA/BS degree or equivalent

Nice to have

• 5+ years product management experience
• Knowledge of online safety regulations and gaming safety challenges
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, APIs, and experimentation platforms
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives including Legal and Policy teams
• Willingness to travel internationally for collaboration
