What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and institutional partners, ensuring consistent communication and long-term relationship building.
• Coordinate with external companies, government institutions, and technology vendors.
• Oversee implementation progress and ensure alignment with contractual terms and delivery timelines.
• Maintain governance frameworks and drive accountability by tracking tasks and responsibilities.
• Facilitate information flow between internal product, engineering, legal/compliance, marketing, and operations teams.
• Maintain dashboards and executive reports summarizing status, risks, and next steps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, program coordination, or project governance within technology, fintech, or consulting environments.
• Proven ability to engage with corporate and government stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong understanding of digital assets, blockchain, or financial technology ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• English is a must, any other language a plus.
• Crypto/blockchain/AI sourcing and vendor management expertise is an advantage.
