What you will do

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding from sales to active platform usage.
• Act as main client contact, managing relationships and tailoring onboarding plans.
• Provide expert technical guidance for setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer support teams.
• Improve onboarding processes using client feedback and data analytics.
• Ensure post-onboarding transition with 30 days of hypercare support.
