What you will do
- Ensure effective and efficient end-to-end client implementation processes, including system and documentation development.
- Collaborate with leadership to design organizational structure and development needs, including workforce forecasting and career path development.
- Define the vision and develop goals for assigned teams.
- Develop and report KPIs to senior management.
- Manage strategic initiatives to achieve accepted goals and meet published SLAs.
- Lead the team to achieve productivity and financial targets while adhering to the approved fiscal budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required, master's is preferred.
- 5+ years in an operational management role, leading in a high-volume, client-focused environment.
- Experience with leading a support team for executive-level clients and implementing escalation prevention strategies.
- Experience developing, implementing, and managing control/auditing processes via a recognized process improvement methodology.
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors with mutual clients.
- Experience working with and supporting the Finance/CFO buyer persona.
