What you will do

• Own the end-to-end execution of global payroll processing.
• Build and lead a world-class payroll operations organization.
• Act as the operational authority for payroll data integrity.
• Serve as the payroll lead for mergers and acquisitions.
• Design and build hirify.global’s payroll support operating model.
• Build strategic partnerships with HR, Finance, Accounting, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading global payroll operations in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of global payroll regulations and US compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Workday or other large HCM/payroll systems; ADP SmartCompliance is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and concise communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with or managing BPO/vendor relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. CPP certification is a plus.
