Technical Accounting Manager

Salary: $91,200 – $120,000 USD

What you will do

• Own equity accounting end-to-end, including administration of grants, oversight of systems, and calculation/reporting of stock-based compensation.
• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for equity-related questions for employees and stakeholders.
• Perform and review monthly reconciliations between equity systems and HR data.
• Prepare cash forecasts and cash flow analyses, identifying trends and risks.
• Prepare and review debt covenant calculations, supporting lender requirements.
• Research new accounting guidance and provide well-supported technical conclusions and recommendations.

Requirements

• Requires a minimum of 6 years of related or equivalent experience; or 4+ years with an advanced degree.
• Ability to use and navigate Netsuite.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA certification.
