What you will do
- Support corporate governance and company secretarial matters across the global group.
- Assist with M&A activity, including due diligence, drafting, and post-closing integration.
- Support on HR and employment-related matters, including advising on employee relations.
- Manage employee equity schemes, including drafting grants and maintaining records.
- Review and negotiate commercial contracts across suppliers, customers, and partners.
- Provide general legal support and educate the business on compliance and best practices.
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or another major common law jurisdiction.
- Solid grounding in corporate and commercial law.
- Exposure to M&A transactions, with experience in drafting and due diligence.
- Strong technical, drafting, legal research, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex legal matters to non-lawyers.
- Strong commercial acumen and judgment.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects and internal clients.
Nice to have
- Exposure to employee equity/compensation structures, ideally with an international aspect.
- Exposure to HR and employment matters advising on day-to-day employee relations.
