What you will do

• Lead end-to-end integration engineering from architecture design to code implementation.
• Act as the technical expert and main point of contact in pre- and post-sales, supporting onboarding of new merchants.
• Build trusted relationships with merchants by educating them on hirify.global’ value proposition and product roadmap.
• Deliver solution demos, executive briefings, and technical workshops.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Payment Strategy, Sales, Product and Engineering teams.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for installations and workshops.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of professional experience, including 2–4 years in a Solution Engineering or Solution Architecture role.
• Hands-on experience working with APIs and SDKs in startup or scale-up environments.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Ruby, Golang, C#, .Net).
• Experience with debugging API calls and monitoring tools (Grafana, Splunk, etc.).
• Strong skills in technical diagramming.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, French, German, Italian, Spanish) are a plus.

• Familiarity with the payments space (checkout, authentication, payouts, marketplaces).
