TL;DR

Legal Operations Executive: Supporting busy Commercial and Legal Operations functions with an accent on ensuring documentation, workflows, and contracts are accurate, organised, and completed on time. Focus on streamlining manual tasks, improving existing processes, and building strong cross-functional relationships across the company.

Location: Hybrid (2 days a week from Cambridge office, UK)

What you will do

  • Ensure all documentation and workflows are accurate, organised, and completed on time.
  • Monitor customer opportunities, ensuring contracts are countersigned, legally binding, and stored correctly.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to gather required paperwork for deal booking on Salesforce.
  • Manage marketing contracts and third-party agreements, ensuring appropriate review and tracking.
  • Onboard, allocate, and track RFPs, capturing and collating necessary information and documents.
  • Maintain and improve the Legal department’s internal record-keeping systems.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and administrative experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Confidence working with documentation, data, and internal systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
  • A proactive, improvement-focused approach to problem-solving and process refinement.
  • Reliability, ownership, and the ability to work independently when needed.
