What you will do

• Own end-to-end hiring processes across multiple departments and business functions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates quickly and professionally.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for key roles and future hiring needs.
• Improve hiring templates and structure, including job ads and interview flow.
• Support onboarding coordination and track recruitment pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency background is fine).
• Strong communication skills and high follow-up discipline.
• Structured, fast, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment.
• Business mindset, understanding that hiring impacts execution and results.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
