What you will do

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand needs.
  • Manage open requisitions, including job posting, proactive recruiting, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Build recruiting resources by conducting research, networking for referrals, and identifying candidates.
  • Organize and participate in employer branding networking events and career fairs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely applicant-tracking data and provide periodical reports.
  • Create a positive candidate experience and get involved in creating and running onboarding activities.

Requirements

  • Relevant university degree (economics, psychology, or organizational background).
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably for technical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Experience organizing employer branding and recruiting events.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse or Cornerstone is a plus).
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with an innovative and proactive approach.
