What you will do
- Own end-to-end hiring processes across multiple departments and business functions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates quickly and professionally.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for key roles and future hiring needs.
- Improve hiring templates and structure (job ads, scorecards, screening process, interview flow).
- Support onboarding coordination and track recruitment pipelines and timelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency background is fine).
- Strong communication skills and high follow-up discipline.
- Structured, fast, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment.
- Business mindset, understanding that hiring impacts execution and results.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work in-house Monday to Thursday in Barcelona.
