What you will do
- Own end-to-end tech hiring, from sourcing to offer, ensuring speed, quality, and a great candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs, build hiring plans, and execute them with discipline.
- Source and engage top-tier talent using a variety of channels, ensuring a strong pipeline.
- Provide a top-notch candidate experience, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring journey.
- Manage data and processes in the ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring clean pipelines and data-driven reporting.
- Continuously analyze recruitment metrics to spot opportunities, improve processes, and raise hiring excellence.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in tech recruitment in a fast-scaling startup environment.
- Proven track record of hiring engineers, product managers, and/or data professionals at pace.
- Strong sourcing expertise, being creative, persistent, and always building pipelines.
- Clear, confident communication skills and experience managing stakeholders.
- Highly organized and process-oriented, with a deep understanding of ATS workflows and operational hygiene.
- Data-driven approach to problem solving, using insights to influence and improve hiring outcomes.
