What you will do
- Provide best practice guidance to ensure customer business process optimization and full potential realization of hirify.global solutions.
- Design and implement change strategy across people, process, and technology.
- Serve as a consulting program leader, creating and owning the business case for multi-tiered customer offerings and multi-product projects.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Identify opportunities for additional engagements through service subscription renewals and business development.
- Ensure individual accountability toward assurance of customer value realization.
Requirements
- Deliver strategic consulting engagements that drive measurable business improvements, client satisfaction, and successful adoption of hirify.global solutions.
- Develop and execute business cases and value realization plans, aligning solution design, launch strategies, and success criteria with organizational priorities.
- Lead change management and stakeholder engagement, securing executive sponsorship and cross-functional buy-in.
- Provide expert advisory and project management, including financial analysis, ROI modeling, and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure program alignment and accountability, serving as the primary communication point and driving execution across teams.
- Bring strong consulting and operations experience to lead customers through Contact Center/CCaaS Analytics and Quality program transformations.
