What you will do
- Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for all hirify.global web properties as the primary digital engagement and acquisition platform.
- Translate business, brand, and category goals into actionable digital strategies.
- Own and drive clear performance against growth and web KPIs (e.g., session-to-sign-up conversion, SEO, page speed).
- Drive a data-driven, iterative web experience roadmap and lead continuous optimization efforts.
- Embrace AI-enabled development tools and modern web platforms to increase delivery speed and team impact.
- Build and lead a high-performing Web Experience team, including web developers, web product managers, UX, and SEO.
Requirements
- 15+ years leading high-impact digital web experiences in a SaaS or technology environment across B2B and B2C.
- Proven experience leading global web experiences across multiple languages, regions, and buyer segments.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing, coaching, and scaling teams.
- Ability to define and execute a web strategy that aligns technical implementation, UX, content, experimentation, and growth objectives.
- Strong analytical rigor to convert insights into action and drive continuous performance improvements.
- Solid technical background to effectively partner with Engineering and translate UX requirements into scalable solutions.
- Hands-on experience with modern marketing technology, including CMS (e.g., Contentful, Webflow, Vercel), experimentation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional program and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within strict privacy/security environments, balancing compliance (e.g., GDPR, ADA) with customer-centric experiences.
- Must work remotely from Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, or the Netherlands.
