What you will do
- Take full responsibility for Voice for Meetings across discovery, delivery, adoption, and growth.
- Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap, owning success metrics.
- Drive product-led growth to scale meeting usage in millions of translated minutes.
- Lead with strong UX judgment to create intuitive, low-friction experiences.
- Engage directly with customers to translate feedback and market signals into product decisions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Research, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Staff Product Manager in B2B SaaS, ideally in product-led growth.
- Proven ownership of high-usage, customer-facing products with clear business accountability.
- A founder-led mentality, balancing strategy and execution with UX judgment and data-driven decision-making.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making high-impact trade-offs.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across various departments and senior audiences.
- Ability to clearly articulate strategy, priorities, and trade-offs.
