Location: Hybrid work schedule, with team members coming into the office three times a week in Berlin or London.

What you will do

• Take full responsibility for Voice for Meetings across discovery, delivery, adoption, and growth.
• Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap, owning success metrics.
• Drive product-led growth to scale meeting usage in millions of translated minutes.
• Lead with strong UX judgment to create intuitive, low-friction experiences.
• Engage directly with customers to translate feedback and market signals into product decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Research, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Staff Product Manager in B2B SaaS, ideally in product-led growth.
• Proven ownership of high-usage, customer-facing products with clear business accountability.
• A founder-led mentality, balancing strategy and execution with UX judgment and data-driven decision-making.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making high-impact trade-offs.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across various departments and senior audiences.
• Ability to clearly articulate strategy, priorities, and trade-offs.
