Salary: $160,000–$200,000 a year

What you will do

• Define and drive the strategic direction for hirify.global’s platform across all products.
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, providing mentorship and growth opportunities.
• Deliver initiatives to unify end-user and admin experiences into a cohesive environment.
• Oversee platform capabilities for AI-driven experiences, insights, and analytics.
• Drive roadmap and execution for core platform services including identity, data model, and third-party integrations.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, and Go-To-Market teams to align platform capabilities with business priorities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading product managers or cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of platform and ecosystem strategy, including APIs, integrations, and extensibility.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS products, ideally in CRM, CX, or adjacent domains.
• Proven track record of delivering cross-product initiatives like unified UX or data frameworks.
• Strong technical acumen to engage deeply with Engineering and Architecture.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
