What you will do
- Lead the product vision and strategy for the ODIN product suite, ensuring high quality, customer value, and sales enablement.
- Manage a team of design and engineering resources to create user-centric products that exceed business goals.
- Seamlessly navigate between high-level strategic thinking and practical implementation, translating big ideas into tangible products.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Legal, Marketing, Infrastructure) for product development and go-to-market while protecting the hirify.global brand.
- Track and analyze key product metrics to inform decisions and prioritize features and new products.
- Manage a team of researchers and community leaders to grow the ODIN Bug Bounty program and communicate key insights externally.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a successful track record, preferably in enterprise products.
- 5+ years of experience or demonstrable depth of knowledge in the cybersecurity industry.
- 4+ years of product management leadership experience, with evidence of strong people leadership capabilities.
- Proven experience building and scaling early-stage products, shaping them based on customer and market insights, and driving growth.
- Strong understanding of AI threat models and safety concerns, including prompt injection, jailbreaks, and data leakage.
- Ability to define and own product metrics to prioritize the roadmap and drive confidence in the product strategy.
