Director of Talent Acquisition (GTM & Corporate Hiring): Leading and scaling global hiring strategy for Go-To-Market and Corporate functions, partnering with executive leadership to attract top talent and support global expansion with an accent on designing, executing, and optimizing a high-impact, data-driven talent acquisition function. Focus on overseeing global GTM and Corporate roles, driving collaboration with executives, and leading a geographically dispersed team of recruiters.

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid, 3 days a week in office). Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Own and execute global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.
  • Serve as primary TA business partner to GTM and Corporate executive leaders, advising on workforce planning and market insights.
  • Oversee hiring for global GTM roles (Sales, Solution Architecture, Marketing, etc.) and Corporate functions (Finance, Legal, People, IT).
  • Lead a global and geographically dispersed team of 6 recruiters, establishing metrics and career development plans.
  • Build scalable hiring models and optimize recruiting processes, tools, and systems.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure performance, forecast needs, and drive decisions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (recruiter and recruiting leader roles).
  • 5+ years of experience hiring across GTM functions.
  • 4+ years of experience in a high-growth, technology or SaaS environment.
  • 4+ years of experience managing recruiters.
  • Demonstrable experience leading a TA team with global delivery responsibility and GTM stakeholder management.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
