What you will do
- Own and execute global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.
- Serve as primary TA business partner to GTM and Corporate executive leaders, advising on workforce planning and market insights.
- Oversee hiring for global GTM roles (Sales, Solution Architecture, Marketing, etc.) and Corporate functions (Finance, Legal, People, IT).
- Lead a global and geographically dispersed team of 6 recruiters, establishing metrics and career development plans.
- Build scalable hiring models and optimize recruiting processes, tools, and systems.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure performance, forecast needs, and drive decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (recruiter and recruiting leader roles).
- 5+ years of experience hiring across GTM functions.
- 4+ years of experience in a high-growth, technology or SaaS environment.
- 4+ years of experience managing recruiters.
- Demonstrable experience leading a TA team with global delivery responsibility and GTM stakeholder management.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
