Location: Remote position that must be based in a major metro area of the United States. Requires up to 50% travel across North America. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Salary: $300,000–$325,000 + equity

• Represent hirify.global at industry events, conferences, and webinars, delivering presentations on security, compliance, and automation.
• Leverage your network to evangelize the hirify.global brand and create new opportunities.
• Provide security thought leadership through blog posts and social selling.
• Build relationships with top customers and translate their needs to drive long-term success.
• Be involved in high-profile sales engagements to position the hirify.global platform as a solution.
• Provide input and expertise on product feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to influence strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years security experience, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Deep understanding of modern security tooling (AI-powered security operations, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, Cloud workload protection) and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO).
• Intimate understanding of challenges facing modern security teams and how automation can solve them.
• Excellent communication and influential style, with proven ability to speak at industry events.
• Passion for being customer-facing and getting directly involved with strategic customers and prospects.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across North America.
