Senior Threat Intelligence Analyst

TL;DR

Senior Threat Intelligence Analyst (Cybersecurity): Building and operating key aspects of TIDE’s threat intelligence function, leading alignment and collaboration, and driving the development and integration of intelligence capabilities with an accent on controlling the intelligence lifecycle and establishing automation for consuming & operationalizing intelligence at scale. Focus on creating & maturing resilient operational capabilities to protect hirify.global from the next-generation of sophisticated threats.

Location: Remote within the USA. Candidates must be eligible to obtain CJIS (Criminal Justice Information Services) clearance and pass additional background checks consistent with government customer requirements. This position requires adherence to US work authorization and legal frameworks (e.g., E-Verify).

Salary: $100,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop, review, triage, and operationalize intelligence products.
• Curate and maintain a Threat Intelligence Platform.
• Continuously assess intelligence requirements and maintain tools and workflows.
• Develop metrics and reporting to measure program and intelligence efficacy.
• Represent the program to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay informed on emerging risks, participate in threat sharing, and disseminate organizational awareness around new threats.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Threat Intelligence, Security Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of the intelligence lifecycle and related methodologies (e.g., OODA, F3EAD).
• Experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Cyber Kill Chain, the Diamond Model, and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Experience in cloud security, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, on all major public cloud providers.
• Experience with security detection and response technology (SOAR & SIEM) and Threat Intelligence Platform (TIP) products.
• Experience with big-data processing tools (e.g., Splunk, Humio, Logstash, Kibana).
• Must be eligible to obtain CJIS (Criminal Justice Information Services) clearance.
