What you will do

• Advise senior executives on security strategy, modernization pathways, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead multi-workstream, enterprise-scale network security transformations with a focus on quality.
• Architect secure network designs for Zero Trust, micro-segmentation, and cloud perimeters.
• Partner with account teams on strategic security campaigns, assisting with presales and solution strategy.
• Develop methodologies, tooling, and processes to improve efficiency of the Network Security practice.
• Produce thought leadership (whitepapers, blogs) and represent hirify.global in public forums.

Requirements

• 10+ years leading large-scale network security projects or modernization programs with multi-technology, cross-functional teams.
• Deep expertise with next-generation firewalls, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Network Access Control (NAC), and enterprise security architectures.
• Strong knowledge of modern security frameworks and practices (Zero Trust, NIST CSF, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, driving execution and technical excellence.
• Deep hands-on expertise architecting and implementing two or more of: Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, Aruba ClearPass, AlgoSec/Tufin.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical teams and executives.

Nice to have

• Experience in health care and life sciences; familiarity with HIPAA.
• Cloud-native security (Azure preferred).
• SD-WAN and SASE/SSE platforms; micro-segmentation approaches and technologies.
• Certifications such as PCNSE, CCNP/CCIE Security, AWS/Azure Security, CISSP/CCSP.
