Location: Remote (USA only)

Salary: $125,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Assess and align customer Falcon environments with established security standards.
• Provide recommendations and remediation for hirify.global products to improve security posture.
• Directly contact customers upon identification of misalignments with standards.
• Document, update, and resolve all customer-related issues according to procedures and SLAs.
• Develop and provide customers with service reports and statistics as requested.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a cybersecurity-focused role.
• Demonstrated customer empathy and excellent customer-facing communication skills (verbal and written).
• Adept in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems.
• Experience or demonstrated knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or equivalent relevant experience.
• Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations such as SANS, ISC2, or equivalent.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Must have US work authorization (E-Verify participation required).

Nice to have

• Experience with Incident Management and CSIRT operations.
• Knowledge of Change Management and Malicious Code Detection and Response.
• Familiarity with Audit, Logging, and Monitoring Controls (SIEM, UEBA, MDR/XDR).
• Experience with Intrusion Detection and Response.
• Knowledge of frameworks like ISO 27001/2, NIST Cyber Security Framework, CIS Critical Security, PCI DSS, Cloud Controls Matrix, and MITRE Att&ck.
