Salary: $200,000 - 225,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead the commercial direction and strategic vision for the North American region.
  • Manage the regional P&L, driving high-velocity growth through the expansion of our portfolio of existing customers.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with C-level marketers at our most strategic accounts.
  • Oversee a multi-threaded team of Commercial Leads and Service Delivery teams.
  • Serve as the lead mentor and coach for the region.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Events, and Partnerships.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management teams within SaaS, AdTech, or Media platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of the digital advertising landscape, including ad tech, major platforms, and the evolving role of AI in marketing.
  • A deep understanding of the broader marketer landscape, including specific industry verticals.
  • Proven ability to lead large, complex organizations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding ambitious revenue and growth targets at the enterprise level.
  • Exceptional ability to influence and partner with C-level marketing executives at the world’s largest brands.
