Location: Global remote, with offices available in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.

What you will do

• Meet with strategic customers to understand their critical audio and voice AI needs and identify pain points.
• Identify relevant use cases and implement voice/audio AI technology into innovative solutions.
• Design and architect bespoke integrations, ensuring seamless technology fit into customer products and operations.
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models for maximum effectiveness.
• Present work results and future proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into hirify.global' software products and AI models.

Requirements

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration for scripting and prototyping.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, especially in summarizing complex technical concepts.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects and delivering results.
• Adaptability to work across different customer environments and technical use cases.
• Technical aptitude to quickly understand voice and audio AI models and their applications.
