What you will do
- Architect and open-source sample applications for Voice AI solutions and orchestrating multiple AI models.
- Produce deep-dives and "build-in-public" documentation that moves developers from idea to prototype.
- Act as the first customer for every feature, providing unfiltered feedback to influence Product and Engineering priorities.
- Author high-quality technical content across platforms to demonstrate how hirify.global fits into the developer toolkit.
- Engage with developers on platforms like GitHub, X, and Discord to represent hirify.global and earn community trust.
- Spend ~20% of your time leading workshops, participating in meetups, and speaking at AI conferences.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Software Engineering or Developer Relations.
- Solid foundation in JavaScript or Python tech stacks, comfortable working across the full stack (APIs, frontends).
- A portfolio of technical writing, blog posts, or video content demonstrating ability to make complex topics simple.
- Experience participating in or managing developer communities with empathy and technical accuracy.
- **Must be eligible to work in the US.**
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with the broader "AI Agent" stack, including LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), Vector Databases, and RAG architecture.
- Experience working with WebSockets, WebRTC, or gRPC.
- History of collaborating directly with Product and Core Engineering teams to shape an API roadmap.
- Significant "Digital Footprint" (e.g., popular technical YouTube channel, newsletter, Tier-1 conference speaker).
- Experience as a maintainer or major contributor to a well-known open-source project.
- Cross-language versatility with Go, Rust, or .NET.
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools or building custom CLI utilities for automation.
