What you will do

• Partner with customers to analyze workflows and translate them into integration specifications and AI conversation designs.
• Define, document, and drive the technical architecture for connecting solutions with client EHR systems, CRMs, and other platforms.
• Design, customize, and deploy modular, scalable AI agents aligned with customer needs.
• Lead and manage the technical post-sale implementation process, acting as the primary technical contact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, machine learning, clinical, and sales teams.
• Develop reusable tooling, playbooks, and frameworks to improve implementation scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare implementation/product management and integrating with enterprise EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena) or payers/digital health companies.
• Familiarity with healthcare data and interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7v2) and ancillary healthcare integrations (population health systems, CRM, ERP).
• Proven ability to cultivate strong customer relationships and translate stakeholder needs into product requirements.
• Must be based in Charlotte, NC and able to travel to client sites.

Nice to have

• Comfortable reading and debugging Python.
• Startup experience preferred.
