What you will do

• Foster a useful, sustainable, and business-aligned IAM capability.
• Define and prioritize a backlog of work based on value, risk reduction, and user feedback.
• Act as a central point of contact to align product user needs with IAM best practices.
• Establish standardized expectations for new application integrations.
• Prioritize new feature needs and track their success through ROI indicators.
• Update and maintain the normative framework to ensure IAM expectations are followed enterprise-wide.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IAM (including IGA and PAM) in complex technological environments.
• Expertise in IGA and PAM tools.
• Proven track record of managing a technical product lifecycle with a focus on long-term sustainability.
• Experience working within a global SaaS organization is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and monitoring the implementation of GIA and PAM functionalities, and in application integration.
• Collaborative mindset with a "Make It Together" approach.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable roadmaps and long-term solutions.
