What you will do

• Develop compelling visualizations and hirify.globalive dashboards to inform timely business decisions.
• Design and run data-driven tests and experiments to identify business opportunities.
• Analyze massive scale transactional data to improve fraud and credit risk mitigation strategies.
• Investigate root causes of anomalous risk behaviors or performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify and address gaps in data quality, availability, or structure.
• Build and maintain clean, reliable data pipelines for monitoring and experimentation.

Requirements

• Strong analytical ability and proven business acumen with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced SQL and coding skills for data segmentation and aggregation.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Quicksight, Tableau, Qlik).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, including A/B and multivariate testing.
• Proven track record of influencing cross-functional team decisions through data-driven recommendations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Science, Math, or other Quantitative Field, or commensurate experience.
