Salary: $165,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Build and scale a robust People Analytics infrastructure connecting data across various HR systems.
• Automate and integrate existing HR reporting using Tableau, streamlining data-informed decision making.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to apply data science to business challenges and communicate insights.
• Lead the strategic design of people data for the firm and support evolving workforce data needs.
• Co-own data optimization and root cause analysis of data challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, information technology, statistics, human resources or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience building an analytics ecosystem and executing a people analytics strategy.
• Familiarity with human resource management concepts, metrics, and data.
• Experience working with tools such as Tableau and Snowflake.
• Excellent analytical skills and methods to diagnose, cleanse, and transform data.
• Strong presentation skills to distill complex data into essential information for executives.
• Must be able to work US working hours and conduct meetings outside these hours as needed.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Dayforce HRIS, Lattice Talent Management, and Greenhouse ATS.
