What you will do

• Define and drive the development of hirify.globalive, high-impact dashboards and visualizations that guide strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead the design, execution, and interpretation of experiments (e.g. A/B testing) to evaluate business initiatives and optimize product or operational performance.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to shape analytics strategies that are scalable, repeatable, and aligned with team and company goals.
• Communicate insights clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, through concise storytelling and executive-ready deliverables.
• Perform deep analysis on large-scale transactional and behavioral data to uncover trends, diagnose anomalies, and inform fraud, credit, or policy strategies.
• Build and maintain clean, reliable data pipelines while proactively addressing gaps in data quality, availability, and structure.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or decision strategy roles.
• Experience in Financial Services or Fintech preferred.
• Deep proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and experience building dashboards.
• Solid comprehension of A/B testing and experimentation principles.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Science, Math or other Quantitative Field, or commensurate experience.
