What you will do

• Partner with product managers to improve site performance, using both experimentation and AI-driven insights to identify and capture growth opportunities.
• Design and maintain scalable testing frameworks, integrating AI to automate setup, analysis, and prioritization while clearly communicating results.
• Leverage statistical and AI methods to uncover behavioral patterns, validate hypotheses, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize conversion and user experience.
• Develop dashboards and automated reports, applying AI to forecast trends, detect anomalies, and highlight proactive opportunities for growth.
• Oversee tagging strategies and event tracking while using AI to automate audits, ensure accuracy, and optimize experiment tracking.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, using SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Must have experience as an analyst in an experiment-driven environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL; experience with AI/ML frameworks preferred.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with familiarity in applying AI for automation and advanced insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to responsibly use AI tools to simplify and present complex analyses.
