What you will do

• Perform in-depth analyses on large datasets to drive business performance.
• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests using statistical rigor.
• Interpret complex data and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Engineers, and Commercial leaders.
• Build and maintain documentation for analyses, findings, and methodologies.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management and department leaders.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience in Advertising, Gaming, e-commerce, or high-volume systems.
• Masters or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related analytical field (Bachelors required).
• Proficiency in complex SQL for deep-dive analysis.
• Strong statistical skills, including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and regression.
• Proficiency in analytical programming languages like Python or R for statistical analysis.
• Proven ability to structure complex problems and generate actionable insights from large datasets.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience with experimental design, data modeling, predictive modeling, and advanced statistical techniques.
• Domain knowledge in advertising or gaming.
• Expertise in a data visualization tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
