Salary: $108,000–$148,000 USD

What you will do

• Operate as a strategic partner to deliver critical capabilities for hirify.global’s growth.
• Provide consultative partnership to senior HR Partners and Recruiting leadership.
• Support critical initiatives driving productivity for services teams.
• Creatively solve complex business problems using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Influence product and analytics roadmaps, ensuring Sales & Services priorities drive People Analytics.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with departments like Sales Strategy & Operations, Finance, and IT.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in analytics and HR or consulting.
• Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to solve complex/unstructured business problems and translate insights into actionable solutions.
• Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate with senior leadership to drive decisions.
• Proven track record of establishing trusted partner relationships and influencing leaders globally.
• Must be located within a commutable distance to Irving, TX.
• SQL data analytics skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with R, Python or other programming languages.
• Experience with Databricks and PowerBI or comparable tools.
